All work is conducted on our premises. All that we need to begin our analysis is a signed Letter of Agreement and a Letter of Authority. The authorization letter will enable us to request all of the required data and documentation directly from the appropriate Rating Authority(ies) and insurance carrier(s). In rare instances we will need our client to submit a request for documentation – we draft the request so that it simply needs to be cut/pasted and sent. It is our goal to minimize our clients’ time/involvement.
Once we have gathered all of the information needed we will conduct a comprehensive review of the entire premium calculation (top line to bottom line). If errors are identified, we will work with the carrier(s) and/or Rating Authorities to have the corrections processed. We see the entire process through from beginning to end, ensuring that you receive the refund/reductions that you are due.
Timing
The process typically takes between 2-5 months from start to finish. There are multiple factors that determine this and it can go quicker and, in some cases can take longer. We are paid not only if, but when you receive the financial benefit of our work.
You risk NOTHING (neither time nor money) and pay us only after you have received a check, credit, or reduced premiums from your carrier.
